Refund policy
CherryX is a digital service. After a Telegram Stars payment activates access, refund review is limited to duplicate payments and technical delivery errors.

How payment works
The customer sees CherryX prices and an approximate USD equivalent on the website, then confirms the final invoice in Telegram Stars inside Telegram.
- Choose a package or balance top-up on the website or in the bot.
- Open the Telegram bot and confirm the official Stars invoice.
- After successful payment, CherryX records the payment and activates the package or balance.
- If there is no website account yet, the bot asks for email and helps create access.

1. Digital service rule
This policy applies to Telegram Stars payments for CherryX Creator Studio digital services.
- The service provides instant digital access after successful payment.
- Because access, balance or processing capacity is delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available after activation.
- No physical goods are returned or exchanged.
2. Cases support can review
- duplicate Telegram Stars payment for the same order;
- successful payment that did not activate the plan or balance because of a technical error;
- wrong account linking where the payment was not applied to the customer who paid;
- other technical incident where paid digital access was not delivered.
3. Cases that are not refundable
- the customer changed their mind after payment;
- the customer did not use the active plan or credited balance;
- the customer entered the wrong email or Telegram account and did not complete linking;
- source files were low quality, incomplete or unsuitable;
- access was restricted because of abuse, prohibited content or terms violation.
4. How to request review
Contact support and include Telegram username or ID, website email if available, payment date and time, package or top-up amount in Stars, and screenshots of the Telegram invoice or successful payment if available.
5. Telegram Stars specifics
Telegram Stars are processed by Telegram. CherryX records the successful bot payment and applies CherryX access or balance. Any platform-level reversal or Stars handling may depend on Telegram rules and technical possibilities.
Marketplace purchases
Marketplace works are digital items. A buyer receives access, previews, files or download rights digitally after a successful purchase.
- A completed purchase of a digital marketplace work is generally not refundable after access to the paid work is provided.
- Support can review duplicate purchases, technical delivery errors, unauthorized payment claims or cases where paid access was not delivered.
- A dispute about creative preference, subjective quality or buyer expectations is not by itself a refund reason after the digital item was delivered.
- If a seller's listing is removed for violation, CherryX may restrict further sales and review affected purchases individually.
Unused CherryX balance
Refunds are not provided for activated or already provided digital services. This does not prevent the customer from using available account balance features.
- Unused available CherryX balance can be transferred to another CherryX account.
- Unused available CherryX balance can be requested for withdrawal through the manual Telegram payout queue where supported.
- CherryX reserved for a pending withdrawal cannot be spent again until the request is paid or rejected.
- If a withdrawal request is rejected, the reserved CherryX is returned to the account balance.
